Shipping Charges
- For online orders of 250 lbs. or less, shipping is charged at a flat rate of $1.35 per pound to any location in the 48 contiguous states.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders to remote locations where shipping costs are excessive.
- We can ship bands to Hawaii, Alaska, and other destinations. However, such orders require higher shipping cost and must be processed outside of our order form.
Call/text (412)-346-8347 or write an inquiry through our Contact Us page. We will calculate your shipping and inform you of the cost. If you agree to the higher shipping expense, this will be added to our online prices and we will process your order promptly.
Shipping on your Account
- Per your request, orders can ship on your account for FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Common Carrier.

Returns
- Any unopened bags may be returned within 30 days with the agreement of Veteran Safety Supply.
- Please call us with your request for a refund or exchange prior to sending them back.
Custom made bands are not returnable.
